Central location, but some disappointments
inconsistent servicinglukewarm coffee
I found the room servicing inconsistent . One day, fresh coffee was not provided. A minor detail, but it added to a sense of neglect. The coffee I requested through room service arrived lukewarm on one occasion and tasted stale on another. The breakfast selection was not diverse. It lacked variety.

The hotel is located directly across from a tram station. This made it easy to get around. I also found the room to be spacious and clean. It had a very comfortable bed.
The on-site restaurant does not offer late service. It closes before I prefer.

The location is central. Everything is easily accessible. Staff members were helpful. I received great restaurant recommendations. My room was super clean and comfortable. The checkout time at 12:00 was amazing (i like this a lot!).
The room overlooked the square and had some noise during the night. I found it slightly disruptive. Earplugs would be good.

The location is great. it is close to many attractions and transportation links. the staff were helpful with directions and provided excellent service! the room was clean. It had nice city views.
the soundproofing in my room could be better. i heard street noise at night. it made sleeping difficult. i wish they could fix it

The location of the hotel was definitely very convenient.
The room i was assigned was quite small, and this was a MAJOR inconvenience. The air conditioning unit was underperforming. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the noise from the street below was quite loud at night.

the hotel has a good location. the breakfast was satisfactory, it had enough options for a quick meal (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit).
the room i stayed in showed signs of wear. the bathroom fan was not working, this led to the room remaining damp (it was quite uncomfortable).
